Decisions keep their context
Priority, budget, risk and project readiness meet before the decision gate.
One system. Every project decision connected
Voltsteering connects portfolio decisions, schedules, field measurement, cost, documents and governance in one workflow for PV, wind, BESS, grid, EPC and SMR teams.
Switch between portfolio, delivery, and AI & risk. This is an interactive workflow demonstration with no customer data.
Permits, scope, risk, field teams, cost and documentation move together. When each lives in a different tool, teams can see activity — but not the whole project.
Priority, budget, risk and project readiness meet before the decision gate.
Field measurement feeds completion forecasts, EVM, estimate at completion and billing position.
Documents, protocols, signatures and invoices grow from the same delivery evidence.
From opportunity qualification to signed handover. Every decision keeps the context of scope, schedule, cost and risk.
Scope, pricing and variants from your inputs.
Portfolio against budget, priority and risk.
Dependencies, criticality and mobilisation readiness.
Quantities, field reports and delivery pace.
Invoices, CPI, final cost and plan margin.
Protocols, signatures and drafts for review.
No invented customer outcomes. These are concrete calculations and gates implemented in the product.
ETA from the last four weeks of measured progress — with an explicit data basis.
Zero-float tasks and available buffer from the dependency network.
CPI and estimate at completion from measurement-based earned value.
Simulation of risks with quantified impact — without inventing missing inputs.
Delivered quantities reconciled with invoices and the current billing period.
An approved protocol creates a draft marked for review — nothing posts itself.
Voltsteering isn't sold commercially yet — it already runs every day on Voltimer's own projects, handling portfolio, field delivery, cost and settlement. Concrete commercial results will be published after the Q2 2027 launch — not before.
See the product mechanicsSpecialist copilots analyse project context, risk, documents, planning and finance. They propose an answer or action; your team reviews and approves it.
A copilot supports a decision without taking it over. Posting, approval and publishing remain controlled.

Project details available on requestView capability briefThe project-control model applies across PV, wind, BESS, grid, EPC and SMR delivery. Today, the built-in regulatory layer is specialised for Polish workflows: URE, DSOs, grid connection, FEED/FID and KSeF.
Data hosted in the European region and encrypted at rest and in transit.
URE, DSO, grid connection, FEED/FID, KSeF and JPK built into the product model.
Organisation-scoped access, roles, audit logs and default denial for public database roles.
REST API, OPC-UA, email, documents and project connectors in one ecosystem.
Commercial launch: Q2 2027. Pricing is published now; after launch each plan will include a 7-day trial with no card, and annual billing will include a 20% discount.

Plan scopeFor teams delivering PV, wind, BESS, grid, EPC and SMR projects. The project-control model is broadly applicable; the built-in regulatory layer is currently specialised for Polish workflows.
Not yet. The platform is being developed and tested on Voltimer projects, with commercial launch planned for Q2 2027. The waitlist is used for product walkthroughs and launch-access updates.
Copilots prepare analyses and proposed actions from project context. Document-grounded analyses can include source citations. Decisions and accounting actions remain subject to human review.
Voltsteering connects scope, measurement, dependencies, risk, cost, protocols and documents in one project model. Progress can therefore feed schedule forecasts, EVM and billing — rather than being just a task status.
Data is hosted on EU infrastructure and encrypted at rest and in transit. The application scopes access by organisation and role, public database roles are denied by default through RLS, and operations are covered by audit trails.
