The platform is owned and operated by Voltimer Sp. z o.o. — a service and consulting company for the energy sector, operating from Radom (Poland) since 2025.
Mission
Voltimer was founded out of hands-on experience delivering energy projects in Poland — from concept through grid connection and permits to construction and operations. Every day we saw the same problem: project teams losing weeks on manual data entry, tracking regulatory changes, and chasing deadlines across five different grid operator portals.
Voltsteering is our answer — a control layer for Polish energy projects where AI assistants understand URE (regulator), grid operators (OSD), PRINCE2 methodology, NFOŚiGW grants, zoning plans, Geoportal and operator procedures. We're not selling 'magic AI' — we're selling a tool that genuinely saves time and reduces risk.

How Voltsteering was built
Voltimer Sp. z o.o. founded
Company registered in Radom. First consulting projects for PV and BESS investors in Poland.
Proof of concept
Built the first platform prototype — a project management module with an AI assistant for DSO documents.
Alpha with first users
First EPC companies and design offices test the platform. Added PRINCE2 risk register and regulatory assistant.
SCADA and BIM integration
OPC-UA connectors, PV farm telemetry, document OCR. Platform covers the full project lifecycle.
