Payments and invoices — frequently asked questions

What payment methods are available?+
We support online payments via Tpay: BLIK, cards (Visa / Mastercard), instant transfers (e.g. mTransfer, Pekao24, ING Online, PKO BP, Santander), Apple Pay, Google Pay. The Enterprise plan also offers a VAT invoice with deferred payment terms (traditional bank transfer).
How does the payment process work?+
After creating an account and selecting a plan, you will be redirected to the Tpay payment gateway, where you choose your preferred payment method. Upon successful authorisation the subscription is activated immediately, and a VAT invoice is issued automatically and sent to the email address provided during registration.
Can I cancel during the trial period?+
Yes. The 7-day trial does not require a payment card. If you decide not to continue, the account is automatically archived at no charge. You can also cancel the subscription at any time from Account → Plan / Subscription.
Can I withdraw from the contract?+
Yes. Consumers and sole traders (CEIDG) concluding a contract of a non-professional nature have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason and without incurring costs (in accordance with art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). To do so, send a statement to info@voltimer.com.pl. Details in the Terms of Service.
When will I receive a VAT invoice?+
A VAT invoice is issued automatically after every successful payment and sent to the email address provided during registration. Invoices are also archived in the customer panel (Account → Plan / Subscription → Payment history). For larger plans, integration with KSeF (the National e-Invoicing System) is available.
How much does payment handling cost?+
You only pay the subscription price — we charge no additional fees for online payments. The payment operator (Tpay) costs are covered by us.
What happens after a failed payment?+
In case of a failed monthly payment, we send an email with a link to retry the payment. If the payment is not completed within 7 days, account access is temporarily suspended (status: past_due). Project data is retained for 30 days — you can resume at any time by making a new payment.
Do the prices include VAT?+
All prices in the pricing list are net amounts. VAT of 23% is added to each amount, which is reflected on the invoice.

Payments are processed by Tpay (Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., NIP 9542750172) — a licensed national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). All transactions are encrypted (SSL/TLS) and compliant with PCI-DSS Level 1 requirements.
